DARA BSA Venture Crew 73 fundraiser at Dayton Hamvention© for the days of Friday and Saturday, May 16th and May 17th.

Scouts must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 21 with a current Youth Protection Training certificate. One adult per Troop or group is fine.

 Dress for the weekend is Class A shirt (closed toe shoes)

 There are 2 shifts available each day.

7:30 am – 1:30 pm

11:00 am to 5:00 pm

The first shift starting at 7:30 am is our GREATEST need.

As a Volunteer you will be provided with a volunteer parking pass for the reserved parking lot.

Dayton Hamvention is held annually at Greene County Fairground and Expo Center in Xenia, Ohio. Dayton Hamvention is a large radio and electronics convention with youth oriented programs promoting various STEAM activities.

Participating Scouts will earn:

• $10 per hour paid to Scout’s account
• Admission to the event (minimum one shift)
• Food and snacks provided (at outside crew tent)
• 2025 Souvenir lanyard and ticket lamination
• Crew sponsored Hamvention After-party (date to be determined)
• Money given to YOUR Troop for assisting
